Social Media Scholar
In addition to my podcasting and consulting activities, I contribute to the academic research in the fields of social media and online marketing as an independent scholar.
My research has been featured in BusinessWeek, Inc.com, several academic journals and a multitude of blogs. Currently, I'm continuing my partnership with Professor Nora Barnes (of UMass Dartmouth's Center for Marketing Research) to look at the adoption of social media among various types of organizations.
