Yesterday, Nora and I were lucky enough to chat with Alan Levy on BlogTalkRadio about social media and our research.

Yesterday morning, I (and 13 others!) attended the first OpenCoffee entrepreneurial networking event in Seattle. Orchestrated by Andy Sack of Judy's Book, it took place at Louisa's Coffee on Eastlake.

A month or two back, Nora and I wrote an op-ed piece for the The Journal of New England Technology. After getting lost in the shuffle, it was finally published on April 6th.

Hype is real: Fast-growth firms embrace social media

As some of you know, I'm currently in the middle of a project to do 1,000 podcast interviews with leading marketers, entrepreneurs and other interesting people. That project now has a new home at Jenerous.com thanks to the talents and hard work of the Big in Japan team.

On Tuesday, I was honored to get a chance to speak to an entrepreneurship class at UW Bothell. I spoke for about a hour on my philosophy (or mottos - yes, you can spell it that way) on marketing and entrepreneurship.

It was a lot of fun and hopefully I'll have a chance to do it again soon.
