I like to balance working too much with athletic pursuits.

Since 1996, I've been playing ultimate frisbee fairly obsessively. After winning mixed national championships in 2004 and 2007, my team represented the US at the world championships in 2008 and took home the bronze.

I took 2009 off from competitive athletics in order to travel and am excited to get back into long distance running in 2010 and beyond. Plus I'm hoping to find more time to indulge in skiing (an old passion) and surfing (a new passion).
